Mary Kay: Hi Dave! So, what are Collaborative Tools? Tell our audience.

David Powell: Collaborative Tools are tools such as groupware that enable both structured and free flow sharing of knowledge and best practices. Current collaborative tools include email, computer networks, whiteboards, bulletin board systems, chat lines and online presentation tools.
