Mary Kay: Hi Dave. What’s usability?

David Powell: Usability is an indicator of how easy an e-Learning application is to use. Measures may include how effectively, efficiently and easily a person can navigate an interface, find information on it, and acheive learning goals.

Mary Kay Lofurno: Thanks, Dave, for that explanation. Have a good afternoon!

David Powell: You too. Talk to you soon.
