Mary Kay: Hi Dave! So, what’s Structural Capital?

David Powell: Structural Capital refers to any organizational assets that compliment its human and process assets and enable the creation of value. Such assets include strategies, culture, systems and even undocumented routines that may be far more extensive and valuable that codified procedures.
