Mary Kay: Hi Dave! So tell our audience, what is Strategic Resource Allocation?

David Powell: Strategic Resource Allocation is a process of aligning budgets with strategies using a balance scorecard to make resource allocation decisions, using this method, budgets are based on the initiative necessary to achieve balanced scorecard targets. We discussed the concept of a balanced scorecard back in Episode 3.
