Mary Kay: Hi, Dave. Tell us about erogonomics.

Dave Powell: Ergonomics is the applied science of equipment and environment design focused on the comfort, efficiency and safety of users.

Mary Kay: OK, so can you tell us some main objectives of ergonomics in the workplace, Dave?

Dave: The primary goals of ergonomics are to maximize the health and productivity of employees while preventing muscle strain, eyestrain, and other injuries.
