SyberWorks Software Simulations with Audio are a more elaborate, improved version of traditional online help (which utilizes only text and is not particularly effective). They are also more effective than simple demonstrations, because they can accept input from the user and give advice if the input in incorrect. We use SyberWorks Web Demonstrator and SyberWorks Web Audio to create a series of short, audio-led tutorials that demonstrate with audio the key tasks of your software system or web-site and allow user interaction. This means students learn to use your software just as it will be used on the job.
Your users will control the tutorials via a contol panel (java-based). They can view the text, audio, and animations in movie mode (once the demonstration begins it continues to play like a movie) or on a step-by-step basis (the demonstration plays one step at a time and pauses between steps until the user clicks next step or previous step). Step mode enables the user to study the demonstration more thoroughly and participate in any interactions.
No plug-ins are involved so your users will not be bothered with any downloads!

In addition, we offer online synchronous and other modes of training to meet your needs.
